Once your order has been processed, we initiate the shipping process. On average, it takes 5-7 business days for your package to reach you. Please note that weekends, holidays, and major sales events are excluded from this timeframe. We kindly ask for your patience during these busy periods.
Shipping Method:
We utilize USPS as our trusted shipping partner. Shipments are anticipated to be delivered within the timeframe of 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PST) on the designated delivery day. However, it's important to be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical challenges, might impact the actual delivery time.
Confirmation and Tracking:
Upon shipment, you will be provided with a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Address Verification:
To ensure smooth processing, please ensure that the shipping and billing addresses match. In the event of any discrepancies with the mailing address, kindly contact us immediately.
Please note that if an order has already been shipped and needs to be resent due to address discrepancies, additional charges may apply.
Additional Fees:
Please be aware that taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and included in the total amount during the checkout process.

In the event that we do not receive verification or the customer refuses to provide requested information & documents , you will be charged a restock fee of 8.99 & your balance will be refunded back to the original payment method on file.
